Litia Garr subtly threw some shade at ex Grant Ellis after their Bachelor season 29 finale breakup.
Litia, 31, shared a video of herself and a friend dancing and lip-syncing to Ariana Grande’s “Let Me Love You” via TikTok on Wednesday, March 27. Garr’s audio choice was an apparent nod to how she’s feeling after the split, as Grande, 31, sings, “I just broke up with my ex / Now I’m out here single, I don’t really know what’s next / But I ain’t even trippin’, I’ma chill and sit back.”
Litia alluded to her and Grant’s split in the post’s caption, writing, “Come on now.” She used those exact words while reacting to Grant ending their relationship during the show’s Monday, March 24, finale. (Grant, 31, ultimately popped the question to Juliana Pasquarosa.)
“I do love you and I don’t want you to feel like I haven’t been open, I haven’t been honest, because I have been. And I’m truly sorry, and I hope that you don’t view me any differently,” Grant told Litia, to which she replied, “Well, I do, for sure. Come on, now.”

Litia went on to state that she was “disappointed” during the tense breakup, adding, “You’re different than I thought. … Juliana is a beautiful woman and she deserves love, and I love her. And I would have a lot of questions if I were her from the things that you’ve said to me. That’s stuff for you guys to work out. That’s not my business.”
Litia continued to open up about the end of the pair’s romance during Monday’s After the Final Rose special, telling host Jesse Palmer that she and Grant “talked a lot about” getting engaged during their final date together.

“I remember saying goodbye to him and saying, ‘Oh my Gosh, we are getting engaged tomorrow.’ And he said, ‘I know I can’t wait. I love you. I love you. I love you,’” she shared. “Those were the last words that he said to me before I walked up there. So it was a shock.”
Litia also claimed Grant told her she was his “No. 1 emotional connection” and that he could “stop the show” early after determining she was The One.
She shared more with Grant when he joined her and Jesse, 46, on stage. “I asked you that night, ‘Please don’t make promises to me. I know what I signed up for, and it’s really gonna hurt me in the end if you change your mind,’” she told her ex. “And do you remember what you said? ‘My mind’s not gonna change.’ You were scared that if you didn’t tell me how you felt that I was gonna leave, and you couldn’t stand to lose me. So every week, you continued to raise the stakes, and you went out of bounds.”
Grant, for his part, accepted “responsibility for my actions” and apologized for “hurting you, hurting your feelings and hurting the people that love you.”

After the finale, Grant exclusively told Us Weekly that he “didn’t align” with “a lot” of Litia’s AFR comments but wanted to let her “speak her truth and her piece.” He stated, “I’m not gonna sit up there and argue with her on stage about what she thought I said. … There’s room for interpretation when things are said, ‘off camera.’ At that point in time, I can’t really say much. I’m not gonna argue, I just have to accept whatever the conditions are and apologize and let her feel how she feels because she’s in a tough situation and she’s hurt. I understand.”
When asked for her reaction to Litia’s finale statements, Juliana, 28, told Us, “I think the only reaction I have is that we are two different individuals and we have to go through this process very uniquely and very true to who we are. And I wish her well.”
